To provide exclusive health checkup plans for our cardholders, we offer tailored plans based on personal and family medical history, lifestyle assessment, age, sex, and risk factors. These checkups are designed to identify potential issues and devise strategies to improve health and prevent disease.
Our tailor-made package includes the following :

- Vitals Check and ECG
- Chest x-ray
- Abdomen ultrasound
- Essential lab blood tests including: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Glucose in Plasma (Random), Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c), Cholesterol, High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), LDL, Triglyceride, Alanine Amino transferase (ALT), Albumin in Serum, Calcium in Serum (Total), Creatinine in Serum, Uric Acid in Serum, Iron (FE) in Serum, Vitamin D (25 OH- D Total), C Reactive Protein (CRP) Quantitative.
Booking this service starts with booking your blood collection appointment at one of the available locations. Our team will reconnect with you to schedule another appointment at the American Spine Center to proceed with the checkup with the GP and nutrition consultant.
Those who have booked the blood test should remember not to eat or drink at least 8 – 10 hours before the blood draw.
Water, however, may be freely taken to avoid dehydration effects on blood sugar and cholesterol tests in the program. Please do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before the appointment, as drugs and alcohol may affect some tests.
