Maria Teresa Hospital, established in 1946, has been part of GVM Care & Research since 2008. The facility, authorized and accredited with the Italian National Health Service, is a member of A.I.O.P. – the Italian Private Hospitals Association (that represents over 500 Private Hospitals) and of the association of Florentine enterprises. After undergoing a complete renovation, the hospital now has 41 beds. Outpatient surgery is performed within a real surgical unit consisting of 2 operating rooms.
